Raids in Skopje, drugs and ammunition found, four individuals detained

The Ministry of Internal Affairs, in coordination with the Public Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime and Corruption, conducted operations at multiple locations throughout Skopje. During the raids, narcotic drugs—cocaine and marijuana—were discovered, and in the home of one of the suspects, bullets for a pistol were also found.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime and Corruption against N.G. (29), B.P. (27), D.B. (24), and F.S. (30), all from Skopje, due to reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "Unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" under Article 215, paragraph 3 in conjunction with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, and against F.S. for the criminal offense of "Unauthorized manufacturing, possession, mediation, and trafficking of weapons and explosive materials" under Article 396, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code. The suspects, from February to October of this year, conspired for the unauthorized sale and distribution of narcotic drugs—cocaine and marijuana.

To this end, they purchased, possessed, transported, sold, and mediated in the unauthorized sale of narcotic drugs, with the first suspect unlawfully procuring, transporting, and concealing them at a safe location within the Skopje area. Subsequently, part of the unlawfully obtained narcotic drugs was handed over to the other suspects, each taking separate actions for unauthorized sale, selling it for 4,000 denars per gram of cocaine and 500 denars per gram of marijuana.
