On November 5, 2026, around 7:00 PM, in the village of Kucheviste, police officers from the Skopje Police Department stopped a passenger vehicle, a Suzuki, driven by M.K. (37) from Skopje, in which firewood was being transported without the appropriate documentation for its origin and transport. M.K. was detained under Article 104, paragraph 11 of the Forest Law and taken to the police station for further proceedings. The Forest Police have been notified to take further measures and actions.
Additionally, during the checks, it was determined that the individual does not possess a driver's license. The competent public prosecutor has been informed, and following their instructions, a criminal complaint will be filed against the individual in accordance with Article 297-a of the Criminal Code.
