Yesterday (11 September 2026) at 19:00, police officers detained H.A. (28) from Radovish on suspicion of having committed the criminal offences of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors” under Article 215 and “enabling the use of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors” under Article 216 of the Criminal Code.
Based on a warrant issued by the Radovish Basic Court, a search was conducted of the home and other premises used by the person in Radovish, during which marijuana was found.
Following the complete documentation of the case, an appropriate criminal charge will be filed.
