On 23.12.2025 at 09:00 in Kičevo, police officers from the Kičevo Police Department arrested P.M. (42) from the village of Lazarovci, Kičevo region. During a traffic control, police officers stopped a passenger vehicle “Alfa” with Kičevo license plates, which he was driving. After taking measures, it was established that he was driving under the influence of alcohol, namely with 2.44 per mille of alcohol in his blood.
On 23.12.2025 at 18:55 in the village of Jankovec, Resen region, police officers from the Resen Police Department stopped a passenger vehicle “BMW” with Ohrid license plates, driven by M.P. (36) from Ohrid, because during traffic control it was established that he was driving at a speed of 105 kilometers per hour in an area where the permitted speed is 50 kilometers per hour.
After full documentation of the cases, criminal charges will be filed against them under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code – “reckless driving of a motor vehicle”.
