On 08.01.2026 at 11:30 p.m. in Kičevo, police officers from the Kičevo Police Station arrested B.S. (45) from Kičevo. During a traffic control, a passenger vehicle “Volkswagen” with Kičevo license plates, which he was driving, was stopped. After taking measures, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, with 1.60‰ alcohol measured in his blood.
On 08.01.2026 at 10:10 p.m. in the village of Čelopeк, Staro Nagoričane municipality, police officers from SIA Kumanovo arrested O.S. (48) from Kumanovo. During a traffic control, a “Volkswagen” vehicle with Kumanovo license plates, which he was driving, was stopped. After taking measures, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, with 2.28‰ alcohol measured in his blood.
After full documentation of the cases, criminal charges will be filed against them under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code – “reckless driving of a motor vehicle”.
