On October 21, 2025, at 3:29 p.m., on the main road Kriva Palanka – Kumanovo, police officers from the Traffic Safety Police Station within the Kriva Palanka Department of Internal Affairs detained J.M. (32) from Kriva Palanka. During a traffic control, it was determined that J.M. was driving an Opel passenger vehicle at a speed of 112 km/h in a residential area where the speed limit is 50 km/h.
On October 22, 2025, at 2:20 a.m., on “Mosha Pijade” Street in Kavadarci, police officers from the Kavadarci Department of Internal Affairs detained S.K. (51) from Kavadarci. During a traffic inspection, officers found that he was driving a Mercedes with Kavadarci license plates under the influence of alcohol, with a measured level of 2.05‰ (promille) of alcohol in his blood.
Both individuals were detained at the police station, and after full documentation of the cases, criminal charges will be filed against them under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code – “Reckless driving of a motor vehicle.”
