On 11.12.2025 at 23:55 in Gostivar, police officers from the Gostivar Police Station for Internal Affairs (OVR Gostivar) deprived T.Z. (63) from Tetovo of liberty. During a traffic control, the police stopped a passenger vehicle Audi with Skopje license plates, which he was driving, and after the undertaken measures it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol—1.77‰ of alcohol in his blood. He was immediately excluded from traffic and detained at the police station.
On 12.12.2025 at 02:00 in Kriva Palanka, police officers from OVR Kriva Palanka deprived V.P. (22) from Kriva Palanka of liberty. During a traffic control, the police stopped a passenger vehicle Opel with Kriva Palanka license plates, which he was driving, and after the undertaken measures it was established that he was under the influence of alcohol—1.56‰ of alcohol in his blood. He was immediately excluded from traffic and detained at the police station.
After the complete documentation of the events, criminal charges will be filed against them under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code – “reckless driving of a motor vehicle.”
