On September 4, 2026, at 8:50 PM, during the cultural event "Tikvesh Grape Harvest" in Kavadarci, police officers from the Regional Police Department of Veles and the Police Station of Kavadarci detained G.P. (42) and V.Ć. (42), both from Kavadarci. During a search of G.P., a white powdery substance was found and seized, while V.Ć. was found in possession of a white powdery substance, money, and a phone.
After taking measures and conducting checks, it was determined that they were under the influence of alcohol, with G.P. registering 0.53 grams per liter, and V.Ć. registering 0.44 grams per liter of alcohol in their blood. The individuals were taken to the police station, a public prosecutor was notified, and after documenting the incident, appropriate charges will be filed against them.
