On 19 October 2026, at 14:30, on a regional road near the village of Rajca, Resen area, police officers from the Resen Police Department arrested E.N., a 24-year-old woman from the village of Podmochani, Resen area.
During a traffic control using radar equipment, police officers determined that she was driving an Audi passenger vehicle with Resen registration plates at a speed of 142 km/h in an area where the speed limit, indicated by a traffic sign, is 50 km/h.
A public prosecutor from the Resen Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office was notified of the incident, and, acting on the prosecutor’s instructions, the vehicle was seized.
Upon completion of the full documentation of the case, criminal charges will be filed against her under Article 297-a for “reckless driving of a motor vehicle.”
