On 29.10.2025 at 00:30 on ul. "Kiro Ristovski Drnc" in Tetovo, police officers from the Tetovo Police Department arrested E.N. (48) from the village of Golema Recica, Tetovo. During a traffic control, police officers stopped a passenger vehicle "Mitsubishi" with Tetovo license plates, which he was driving, and after taking measures, it was determined that he was driving under the influence of alcohol, namely 1.95 per mille of alcohol in his blood.
He is being held at a police station and after documenting the case, charges will be filed against him under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code - "reckless driving of a motor vehicle".
