On 25 January 2026 at 23:30 in Negotino, police officers from the Negotino Police Department deprived R.A. (41) from the village of Krivolak, Negotino region, of his liberty.
During a traffic control on Marshal Tito Boulevard in Negotino, a passenger vehicle “Volkswagen Passat” with Negotino license plates was stopped. The vehicle was driven by R.A., and following the measures taken, it was established that he was driving under the influence of alcohol, with a measured blood alcohol concentration of 1.81 per mille.
After the case is fully documented, a criminal charge will be filed against him under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code – “reckless driving of a motor vehicle”.
