On 18.10.2025 at 15:30 on "Ilindenska" street in Kavadarci, police officers from the Kavadarci Internal Affairs Directorate arrested P.K. (48) from Kavadarci. While taking measures after a traffic offense, i.e. after he overtook seven vehicles that were stopped at a red light at a traffic light with a "Renault" passenger vehicle with Kavadarci license plates, it was determined that he was driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, i.e. his blood alcohol level was measured at 2.02 per mille.
He was detained at a police station, the public prosecutor was notified and after documenting the incident, a report will be filed against him under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code - "reckless driving of a motor vehicle".
