SVR Skopje filed criminal charges against M.A. (42) from Kavadarci due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the crime of "unauthorized production and release into circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors". On 19.01.2026 at the Petrovec toll plaza, police officers conducted a control of a taxi vehicle, in which the defendant was a passenger, during which heroin was found and seized from him.
SVR Kumanovo filed criminal charges against B.I. (41) from the village of Orizare, Lipkovo municipality, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the crime of "unauthorized production, possession, brokerage and trade in weapons or explosives". On 05.01.2026 in the village of Orizare, police officers conducted a search of the defendant's sales facility, during which pyrotechnics were found and seized.
The Berovo Police Department filed a criminal complaint against U.A. (26) from the village of Crnik, Pehchevo region, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of “endangering security”. On 20.12.2025 in the village of Crnik, the accused behaved aggressively and threatened a police officer while performing official duties.
The Shtip Police Department filed a criminal complaint against E.D. (21) from Shtip due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of “bodily injury” and “child abduction”. On 17.11.2025 in Shtip, the accused, who was with two other people, physically attacked his 23-year-old ex-wife, and then, with the help of one of the people, took away their minor daughter.
The Radovish Police Department filed criminal charges against N.Z. (19), M.I. (20), S.K. (19), all from Radovish and against I.R. (18) and A. "N" (20), both from the village of Konče, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of "violence", while a charge was also filed against N.Z. for "violence against a child". On 31.12.2025 in front of a catering facility, the defendants physically attacked D.K., while N.Z. physically attacked two children.
The Berovo Police Department filed criminal charges against M.G. (20) from the village of Crnik, Pehčevo region, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offenses of "endangering security", "obstructing an official in the performance of an official act" and "obstructing evidence". On 20.12.2025 in the village of Crnik, the accused behaved aggressively and threatened police officers who were performing official duties, after which he tried to set fire to a wooden mass that the police officers had previously determined was unstamped and without a delivery note, with the intention of preventing or making it difficult to prove by destroying or damaging the wood in question.
The SVR Skopje filed criminal charges against R.M. (44) from Skopje due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of "unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors". On 18.04.2025 in the area of Centar, police officers searched the accused, during which marijuana and amphetamine were found and confiscated.
The Gevgelija Regional State Police filed a criminal complaint against B.Sh. (40) from Bogdanci due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing criminal offenses of "misuse of personal data" and "assistance" in connection with "forgery of a document", against D.L. (33) from Skopje for "misuse of personal data" and "forgery of a document" and against B.Z. (45) from Skopje for "forgery of a document". In September 2025, the first defendant, without the consent of his mother and another person, used their personal data from an ID card and travel document and handed them over to the second defendant, who, without consent, used their personal data in a procedure for candidacy for members of the Bogdanci Municipal Council before the Bogdanci Municipal Election Commission, and also forged the signatures of the persons. The fake public documents thus made, by the third defendant B.Z. from Skopje on 13.09.2025 in Bogdanci were handed over to members of the Bogdanci Municipal Election Commission, for the purpose of submitting a list of candidates for members of the Bogdanci Municipal Council.
The Gevgelija Regional Police Department filed a criminal complaint against S.B. (36) from Strumica, a former employee of a mobile operator, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense of "embezzlement in the service". The defendant, in the period from March to September 2024, in her capacity as a business agent, knowingly and intentionally appropriated eight mobile devices that were entrusted to her in the service, in such a way that she presented the Gevgelija manager with facts that she would conclude business agreements with five legal entities from Gevgelija and Dojran and would grant them the mobile devices in the form of a subsidy for the activations and renewals made. Meanwhile, during the monthly inventories conducted at the sales showroom in Gevgelija, it was deliberately concealed that merchandise was missing, causing the defendant to cause property damage to the damaged legal entity in the amount of approximately 600,000 denars.
On 27.01.2026 in Skopje, at different locations, police officers from the SVR Skopje deprived M.D. (31) and D.I. (26), both from Skopje, of their liberty, because marijuana was found and confiscated from them. After the cases were fully documented, appropriate reports will follow.
On 27.01.2026 at 18:50 at the Dolno Blace Border Crossing, police officers detained P.J. (35) and D.L. (22), both from the Republic of Kosovo, because after a previous misunderstanding they had violated public order and peace by physically fighting with D.R.Sh. (28) from Skopje, and a sharp object was also used. After the case was fully documented, an appropriate report will follow.
On 27.01.2026 at 16:30 at the Tabanovce Border Crossing, at the entrance to the country, police officers deprived J.K. (43) from Germany of his liberty, because during a search, in coordination with FRONTEX, of a passenger vehicle – a “Renault” van with German national registration plates, driven by J.K., brown lumpy matter and marijuana were found and seized in the vehicle. He was handed over to police officers from the Kumanovo Internal Affairs Directorate for further proceedings.
On 27.01.2026 at 08:27 in the SVR Shtip, an 82-year-old woman from Shtip reported that on 26.01.2026 at around 21:00, a person using physical force and a fixed tool forcibly entered her home and physically attacked her, causing serious bodily injuries, as determined at the Clinical Hospital Shtip, and took away her mobile phone and personal jewelry. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 27.01.2026 at 21:30 in the village of Crvulevo-O.Karbinci, police officers from the SVR Shtip detained the convict P.I. (29), who was then taken to the Kumanovo Correctional Institution. He was detained following a previous report that he had escaped from prison.
On 27.01.2026 at 21:45 in Skopje, in the area of Šuto Orizari, police officers from the SVR Skopje detained H.B. (36) from Skopje, following a previous report that he had physically attacked his 42-year-old brother in the family home. After fully documenting the case, an appropriate report will follow.
