On 12.12.2025 on the regional road Ohrid-Struga, police officers from the SVR Ohrid gave a stop sign to a passenger vehicle driven by the accused, but he did not stop and tried to hit the police officers with the vehicle, after which he fled. On the same day, in the village of Trebenishta, municipality of Debarca, the accused was noticed by police officers and during his detention he physically attacked the police officers and tried to escape again.
On 23.12.2025 at around 10:00 at the Tabanovce Border Crossing, at the entrance to the country, police officers detained T.K. (51) from Greece. During a search of the "Ford" vehicle with German national registration plates, which he was driving, a bag of marijuana, a "Pietro Beretta" gas pistol, caliber 4.5mm, a box with 500 diaboli, caliber 4.5mm and other items were found in a backpack. The person has been detained at a police station and after fully documenting the case, an appropriate report will be filed against him.
The Prilep Police Department filed a criminal report against D.S. (32) from Prilep due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of "unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors". On 26.02.2025 in Prilep, police officers from the Prilep Police Department searched one person, during which methamphetamine was found and seized, which he had purchased from the person reported. On 17.04.2025, police officers searched a passenger vehicle, owned by A.N. and another person, during which marijuana was found and seized, which they purchased from the accused.
On 23.12.2025 at around 14:10 at the Tabanovce border crossing, at the entrance to the country, police officers deprived D.T. (28) from Greece of his liberty. During a search of a "Hyundai" vehicle with Greek national registration plates, in which he was traveling as a passenger, several packages of marijuana were found and seized in his personal luggage. The person has been detained at a police station and after fully documenting the case, appropriate charges will be filed against him.
The Tetovo State Police filed criminal charges against A.B. (44), M.A. (39) and G.Sh. (25), all from Tetovo, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal "fraud". On 16.12.2024, the defendants attempted to deceive traffic police officers by falsely presenting facts. Namely, they agreed and in a car wash on ul. "Marshal Tito" in Tetovo fictitiously collided the vehicles "BMW" with Swiss national plates and "BMW" with Tetovo license plates in order to collect insurance from an insurance company.
The Kriva Palanka Foreign Office for Criminal Affairs filed criminal charges against B.N. (47), D.N. (21), A.N. (23), S.S. (25) and F.K. (26), all from Kriva Palanka, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of "violence". On 11.10.2025, in front of the entrance to a catering facility in Kriva Palanka, the defendants physically attacked I.C. and D.M., causing injuries.
On 23/24.12.2025 in Skopje, at different locations, police officers from the SVR Skopje deprived of their liberty R.B. (21), V.T. (18), M.V. (23), I.A. (21), F.S. (28), S.T. (21), all from Skopje and J.A. (24) from Radoviš, because marijuana was found and seized from them. After fully documenting the case, appropriate submissions will follow.
On 23.12.2025 at 11:10 in Kumanovo, police officers from the SVR Kumanovo deprived of their liberty a 15-year-old from Kumanovo. He is suspected of having taken several items from private property in Kumanovo. After fully documenting the case, an appropriate submission will follow against him.
The Tetovo State Police filed criminal charges against P.T. (62) and A.G. (56), both from Tetovo, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offenses of "falsifying an official document" and "negligent work in the service". The first defendant prepared a Certificate of completed training on occupational safety and health for a person who, according to the attendance lists, did not participate at all in the training that was conducted on the same day for employees of the Public Enterprise for State Roads, where the person was employed. While the second defendant, in his capacity as manager of the Tetovo Center for Occupational Safety and Health, failed to exercise due supervision and acted negligently in the performance of his duties, i.e. he signed the Certificate and enabled it to become usable despite not having participated in the training that was conducted.

During an inspection of a passenger vehicle "Volkswagen Golf" with German national registration plates, which he was driving, marijuana was found and confiscated. The person has been detained at a police station and after fully documenting the case, appropriate charges will be filed against him.
The Prilep Police Department filed a criminal complaint against D.C. (32) from Albania, residing in the village of Dolneni, Prilep region, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of "damage and unauthorized entry into a computer system". The accused, without the consent of a person, used his personal data by using his e-mail, from which he had access to private photos of him and his wife.
On 23.12.2025 at 13:30, the OVR Gostivar was reported that on the regional road Gostivar-v.Gradec, in the village of Vrapčishte, a traffic accident occurred between an "Audi" passenger vehicle with Czech license plates, driven by J.R. (50) from the village of Vrapčishte, Gostivar, and a "Skoda" passenger vehicle with Croatian license plates, driven by A.I. (30) from the village of Vrapčishte, Gostivar, which by inertia hit two pedestrians J.R. (26) and F.A. (22), both from the village of Vrapčishte, Gostivar. In the accident, the pedestrian J.R. suffered serious bodily injuries, while F.A. suffered bodily injuries, which were diagnosed at the Gostivar Emergency Center. Upon the order of the public prosecutor, an inspection team from the OVR Gostivar conducted an inspection.
The Foreign Office for Criminal Affairs Probishtip filed a criminal complaint against N.G. (26) from Probishtip due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of "violence against a child". During a search conducted with a court order, marijuana was found and seized in the home where he was staying. After fully documenting the case, an appropriate report will follow.
On 23.12.2025 at 11:20 in Gostivar, police officers from the Gostivar Internal Affairs Department arrested A.Z. (42) from Gostivar due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed a criminal offense of theft of money from the cash register of a sports betting shop on "Braka Gjinoski" Street in Gostivar. He is being held at a police station and after documenting the case, appropriate charges will be filed against him.
The Ohrid Internal Affairs Department filed a criminal charge against R.P. (35) from the village of Podmoljje, municipality of Debrca and against a legal entity headquartered in the same village due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense of "abuse of official position and authority". The accused, in his capacity as owner and manager of the legal entity, exceeded his official authorization by carrying out illegal logging of oak and beech firewood in the forest economic unit "Vrbjanska šuma" in addition to the approved one. By doing so, the defendant caused damage to the Public Enterprise "National Forests", Galicica-Ohrid Forestry Enterprise and acquired an unlawful property benefit of 142,170 denars.

Police officers conducted a search of the home of the accused, during which marijuana was found and confiscated.
The Struga Police Department filed a criminal complaint against Z.M. (64) from the Struga village of Radolista due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of "operating public transport without a license". During a road traffic control, police officers stopped a "Mercedes" passenger vehicle driven by the accused, and it was determined that he was performing public transport of passengers without a license issued by a competent state authority.
On 23.12.2025 at 23:30 in the SVR Skopje, S.N. (35) from Skopje reported that at around 22:50 in front of a catering facility in the Centar area he was physically attacked by F.B.. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
The External Office for Criminal Affairs Resen filed a criminal complaint against D.K. (27) from Resen due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of "causing general danger". On 02.09.2025 in a house in the village of Jankovec, Resen region, where A.M. resides, due to previously unresolved debtor-creditor relations, the accused set fire to the stairs of the house.
On 23.12.2025 at 20:20, it was reported to the SVR Skopje that public order and peace were disturbed in the Gazi Baba area with a physical confrontation between F.I. (38) and M.S. (38) on the one hand and M.N. (49) and B.N. (44) on the other hand, all from Skopje, in which hard objects were used. After the case is fully documented, an appropriate report will follow.
On 23.12.2025 at 09:00, B.S. (52) from Skopje reported that on 05.12.2025 at around 05:47, he sustained injuries while performing work duties as a security guard at the dental clinic at the "Mother Teresa" Clinic Complex. A labor inspector was notified of the event.
SVR Veles filed a criminal complaint against P.S. (69) from Kavadarci due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of "concealing goods that are subject to smuggling and customs fraud". On 13.05.2025 at the City Market in Negotino, police officers conducted a control of a stall used by the accused, as well as in his passenger vehicle "Ford Transit", during which several packages of cut tobacco without a tax stamp with several types of inscriptions were found and seized.
