The Sector for Internal Affairs Kumanovo filed a criminal complaint against F.T. from Kumanovo due to grounds of suspicion for committing the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.” On 29 June 2025 in Kumanovo, police officers conducted a search of the suspect, during which marijuana and amphetamine were found and seized.

The Department for Internal Control, Criminal Investigations and Professional Standards within the Ministry of Interior filed a criminal complaint with the competent Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption against police officer D.M. from the SIA Tetovo for the criminal offense of “forgery of an official document” under Article 361 of the Criminal Code. During June 2019, acting upon a request from a lawyer from Tetovo, the suspect prepared an official record on the availability of a person containing false information, without conducting field checks. In order to formalize the document, he misused the signature of his superior, inserted an inappropriate registry number, stamped it with an official seal, and handed it directly to the lawyer from Tetovo, contrary to the established procedures for office and archival operations. The document with false content was later used in court proceedings at the Basic Court Tetovo, where it was registered as evidence to the detriment of a person from Tetovo.

The External Office for Criminal Affairs Kriva Palanka filed a criminal complaint against I.S. (49) from Kriva Palanka due to grounds of suspicion for committing the criminal offense of “bodily injury.” On 27 March 2026, in the family home, the suspect physically attacked his son.

The External Office for Criminal Affairs Delchevo filed a criminal complaint against O.L. (49) from Delchevo and N.L. (38) due to grounds of suspicion for committing the criminal offense of “cohabitation with a minor” under Article 197 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code; against N.P. (27) from a village in the Strumica region for committing the criminal offenses of “cohabitation with a minor” under Article 197 paragraph 1 and “rape of a child under 15 years of age” under Article 188 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code; and against O.P. (49) from a village in the Strumica region for the criminal offense of “cohabitation with a minor” under Article 197 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code. O.L. and N.L., as parents, allowed their minor daughter, from September 2023, to live in a non-marital union with N.P., during which she gave birth to a child, and allowed their second minor daughter, from March 2024, to live in a non-marital union with O.P.

On 21 April 2026 at 12:00 in the Bit Pazar area in Skopje, police officers from SIA Skopje deprived E.U.A. (52) from Belgium of his liberty because a white powdery substance was found and seized from him. After full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will follow.

On 22 April 2026 at the Blace Border Crossing, police officers deprived R.L. (61) from the Republic of Kosovo of his liberty because during border control it was determined that he was listed in the system with an “arrest” measure at the request of Interpol. The person has been detained for further proceedings.

On 21 April 2026 at 10:50, a patrol team from the Border Police Station Meџитлија, near border marker GK-135, found an unexploded artillery shell from the First World War with a caliber of 75 mm. A pyrotechnician from the Directorate for Protection and Rescue safely removed the shell.

The External Office for Criminal Affairs Sveti Nikole filed a criminal complaint against R.P. (67) from Sveti Nikole due to grounds of suspicion for committing the criminal offense of “causing general danger.” On 24 March 2026, in the area of the village Crnilishte at a place called “Dudin Dol,” the suspect burned dry branches and debris, causing a fire that spread to agricultural land owned by several persons from Sveti Nikole.

The External Office for Criminal Affairs Gostivar filed a criminal complaint against E.M. (41) from the Gostivar area due to grounds of suspicion for committing the criminal offenses of “endangering safety” and “bodily injury.” On 17 April 2026, the suspect sent threatening messages via mobile phone to a 36-year-old woman with whom he had previously been in a relationship, and on 18 April 2026, in a parking area in Gostivar, he attacked her with a metal object.

On 21 April 2026 at 19:30 at SIA Skopje, T.K. (53) from Skopje reported that around 18:00 in the Centar area he was physically attacked by D.V. (48) from Skopje. After full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will follow.

On 21 April 2026 at 21:20 at SIA Skopje, it was reported that in the Karposh area public order and peace were disturbed by a physical altercation between A.D. (19) and I.D. (24), both from Skopje. After full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will follow.

On 20 April 2026 at 16:56 at SIA Skopje, B.L. (79) from the village of Aracinovo, Skopje region, reported that in the yard of his home he and his son A.L. (51) were physically attacked by two persons who also used a hard object. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

The External Office for Criminal Affairs Struga filed a criminal complaint against A.M. (39) from the village of Labunishta, Struga region, due to grounds of suspicion for committing the criminal offense of “damage or destruction of public installations.” On 4 April 2026, at a location called “Karasta” in the village of Labunishta, while performing work duties with an excavator, the suspect damaged an electrical cable owned by EVN Macedonia.

SIA Bitola filed a criminal complaint against B.S. (28) from Prilep due to grounds of suspicion for committing the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.” On 7 February 2026 in Prilep, police officers conducted a search of a passenger vehicle “Opel,” driven by another person, during which marijuana was found and seized, which had been purchased from the suspect.

On 21 April 2026 at 12:30 at the Prilep police department, a convicted person from the Prilep Correctional Institution reported that he had been defrauded by K.K. for an amount of 890,000 denars. According to the report, about two months earlier K.K. misled him into believing he would help reduce his prison sentence, and in return requested and received the money in several installments. After realizing he had been deceived, he reported the case to the police. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 21 April 2026 at 11:30 at SIA Kumanovo, E.C. (45) from Kumanovo, president of the Cycling Federation, reported that several members of the federation committed criminal offenses of “forgery of official documents,” “abuse of official position and authority,” and “embezzlement.” According to the report, after being dismissed as members of the federation’s Management Board at a session held on 11 March 2026, they used the federation’s seal without authorization (provided by a former secretary) to initiate a procedure for convening an assembly of the Cycling Federation. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
