On December 20/21, 2025, at various locations in Skopje, police officers from the Skopje Police Department deprived of liberty H.V. (32) from Bitola, as well as M.M. (23), S.S. (22), V.Ќ. (37), V.B. (36), D.D. (19), H.C. (23), D.N. (35) and S.B. (26), all from Skopje, after white powdery substance, powdery substance, marijuana and a knife were found and seized from them. After full documentation of the cases, appropriate submissions will follow.

On December 20, 2025, at around 22:38, it was reported to the Skopje Police Department that on Street “1” in the village of Novo Selo, Skopje area, a passenger vehicle “Volkswagen Golf” with Skopje registration plates, driven by I.J. (22) from the village of Volkovo, Skopje area, ran off the roadway. In the accident, the passenger V.Š. (26) from Skopje sustained serious bodily injuries, while the driver sustained bodily injuries, ascertained at the “Mother Teresa” Clinical Center. An on-site investigation was carried out by an investigative team from the Skopje Police Department.

On December 20, 2025, at 05:35, it was reported to the Kočani Police Station that on the local road between the villages of Orizari and Pribačevo, Kočani area, at a place known as “Beli Banderi,” a passenger vehicle “Volkswagen Golf” with Kočani registration plates, driven by V.S. (25) from the village of Pribačevo, ran off the roadway. In the accident, the passenger T.J. (25) from Pribačevo and two other minor passengers sustained serious bodily injuries, while the driver sustained bodily injuries, ascertained at the General Hospital in Kočani. It was determined that the driver was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, with 1.39 per mille of alcohol measured in his blood. An on-site investigation was conducted by an investigative team from the Kočani Police Station.

On December 20, 2025, at 22:20, it was reported to the Skopje Police Department that in the area of Centar, following a prior misunderstanding, public order and peace were disturbed by a physical altercation between O.Z. (50), F.S. (41), V.A. (46) and E.Z. (20), all from Skopje. After full documentation of the case, an appropriate submission will follow.

On December 21, 2025, at 04:30, a 30-year-old woman reported to the Skopje Police Department that on December 20, 2025, around 16:00, in her home in the Bit Pazar area, she had been physically assaulted by her husband F.I. Measures are being taken to clear up the case.

On December 20, 2025, at 22:45, V.R. (33) from Skopje reported to the Skopje Police Department that around 16:00, in the Karpoš area, he had been physically assaulted by S.Č., with whom he had an ongoing court dispute. Measures are being taken to clear up the case.

On December 19, 2025, at 16:40, E.S. (60) from Skopje reported to the Skopje Police Department that in the Šuto Orizari area, following debtor–creditor relations, he had been physically assaulted with a hard object by E.S. Measures are being taken to clear up the case.

On December 20, 2025, at around 19:45, it was reported to the Skopje Police Department that in a pharmacy in the Bit Pazar area, one person, threatening with a sharp object, took money from an employee. Measures are being taken to clear up the case.

On December 21, 2025, at 04:30, in front of a hospitality facility in the City Park in Skopje, police officers from the Skopje Police Department deprived of liberty U.I.U. (37) from Nigeria (holding a U.S. passport and identity card) after he physically attacked a police officer performing official duties. During a search, a “Glock” pistol, two magazines and 30 rounds of ammunition were found and seized, for which he did not possess a permit. After full documentation of the case, an appropriate submission will follow.

On December 20, 2025, at 05:20, following a prior report of loud music on “ASNOM” Street in Štip, police officers from the Štip Police Department intervened, during which public order and peace were disturbed by a physical altercation between A.K. (26) and S.K. (21), both from Štip. The persons were detained, and after full documentation, an appropriate submission will be filed.

The Štip Police Department filed a criminal complaint against S.F. (45) from Štip due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offenses “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors” and “usury.” During March and April 2025, police officers conducted a search of the home of one person from Štip, during which marijuana was found and seized, which had been purchased from the suspect. Additionally, during searches of two other persons, marijuana was found and seized, which they had obtained from the suspect. During a search of the suspect’s home, marijuana, a scale with marijuana residue and other items were found and seized.

The Department for Cross-Border Crime, Migration, Foreigners and Readmission in Kumanovo filed a criminal complaint against S.S. (59) from Skopje due to grounds for suspicion of the criminal offense “forgery of documents.” On July 25, 2025, at the Tabanovce Border Crossing, police officers conducted a search of the vehicle “Volkswagen Golf” he was driving, during which two travel documents, a biometric page for a travel document, two stamps, four identity cards, six identification cards and other forged documents were found and seized.

The External Office for Criminal Affairs in Delčevo filed a criminal complaint against S.Ѓ. (61) from the village of Saraj, Skopje area, due to grounds for suspicion of the criminal offense “fraud.” In September 2024 and March 2025, the suspect defrauded a 42-year-old woman from the Delčevo area by promising that he could make her an “amulet” to resolve family problems, taking 30,000 denars on two occasions, thereby causing total damage of 60,000 denars.

The Prilep Police Station filed a criminal complaint against M.U. (42) from Prilep due to grounds for suspicion of the criminal offense “kidnapping.” On November 19, 2025, in the Trizla neighborhood in Prilep, the suspect physically assaulted a minor and then, using force, placed her into a passenger vehicle and left the scene.

The Tetovo Police Department filed a criminal complaint against A.S. (33) from Aračinovo, Skopje area, due to grounds for suspicion of the criminal offense “endangering security.” On May 16, 2025, the suspect sent SMS messages with inappropriate and threatening content to his former wife and also harassed members of her family.

The Bitola Police Department filed a criminal complaint against Z.M. (25), Ǵ.M. (21), B.K. (30), D.S. (21) and F.J. (22), all from Bitola, as well as M.B. (58) from Prilep and D.P. (49) from the village of Ivanjevci, due to grounds for suspicion of the criminal offense “illegal manufacture, possession and trafficking of weapons or explosive materials.” On February 5, 2025, police officers conducted searches of the homes of the reported persons and established that the first suspect had taken two hunting rifles from his grandfather, which were legally owned, and had removed the serial numbers. He then offered them for sale to the second and third suspects; the third purchased one, while the second offered the other rifle to the fourth suspect, who then sold it to the fifth suspect. After they reached an agreement, the sixth suspect kept the rifle in a house in the village of Alinci, where it was found and seized along with ammunition.
