On 17.05.2026 in Skopje, at various locations, police officers from SVR Skopje deprived P.R. (33) from Skopje and D.F. (26) from Kumanovo of their liberty because white powdery substance and marijuana were found and seized from them. After the cases are fully documented, appropriate charges will be filed against them.

On 16.05.2026 at 22:00, it was reported to SVR Skopje that a traffic accident occurred at the intersection of Jane Sandanski Blvd. and Vasko Karangeleski Street in Skopje between a passenger vehicle “Seat” with Skopje license plates, driven by D.T. (21), and a moped with Skopje license plates, driven by L.I. (32), both from Skopje. In the accident, L.I. sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the Emergency Center at the “Mother Teresa” Clinic Complex in Skopje. An inspection was carried out by an investigation team from SVR Skopje.

On 16.05.2026 at 14:42, it was reported to SVR Shtip that on the regional road Plachkovica – Shtip, in the direction from the village of Tarinci toward the village of Star Karaorman, Shtip region, a traffic accident occurred involving a “Volkswagen Passat” with Shtip license plates, driven by B.M. (21) from the village of Junuzlija, Municipality of Karbinci (who was driving without a driver’s license), a “Renault Clio” with Shtip license plates, driven by R.K. (45) from Shtip, and an “Opel Zafira” with Shtip license plates, driven by S.M. (47) from Shtip. Passenger D.M. (50) from the village of Junuzlija, who was in the “Volkswagen Passat,” sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the Clinical Hospital in Shtip. A public prosecutor was informed, and an inspection was carried out by an investigation team from SVR Shtip.

On 16.05.2026, it was reported to the Kavadarci Police Department that around 22:00 at the intersection of Metodija Andonov Chento Street and Nikola Minchev Street in Kavadarci, a “Citroën” passenger vehicle with Kavadarci license plates, driven by 56-year-old V.K. from Kavadarci, went off the roadway. In the accident, V.K. sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the General Hospital in Kavadarci. A public prosecutor was informed, and an inspection at the scene was carried out by an investigation team from the Kavadarci Police Department.

On 16.05.2026, it was reported to SVR Veles that around 16:15 on the Gevgelija–Skopje highway, near the Otovica toll station, a “Temsa” bus with Prilep license plates, driven by S.P. (59) from Prilep, caught fire. All passengers left the bus in time and were transported to Skopje by another vehicle. There were no injuries, and the fire was extinguished by the Territorial Firefighting Unit of Veles. A public prosecutor was informed, and an inspection was carried out by an investigation team from SVR Veles.

On 17.05.2026 at 01:00 in the village of Dolno Palchishte, police officers from the Kamenjane Police Department deprived L.B.T. (21) from the same village of his liberty. During a search, marijuana was found and seized from him. He was detained at a police station, and after the case is documented, an appropriate report will be filed against him.

On 16.05.2026 at 21:10 on Ilindenska Street in Tetovo, police officers from SVR Tetovo deprived E.A. (34) from the village of Shemshovo of his liberty. During a search, 10 bags containing a white powdery substance were found and seized from him. He was detained at a police station, and after the case is documented, appropriate charges will be filed against him.

On 16.05.2026 at 12:20 at the Tetovo Police Station, B.R. from the village of Dobroshte reported that three persons—citizens of Bangladesh—had left in an unknown direction. A.S., A.M., and S.P. had been employed at a private company in Tetovo and had regulated residence permits. According to the report, on the same day when he went to pick them up and transport them to their workplaces, he discovered that they had left without informing those responsible at the company.

On 16.05.2026 at 11:50 at the Zherovjane Police Department, I.J. from the village of Chelopek, employed at an agricultural cooperative in the same village, reported that two persons—citizens of Bangladesh—had left the cooperative. K.A. and P.D. had been employed at the cooperative and had regulated residence permits, but on the same day they left without informing those responsible at the cooperative.

On 16.05.2026 at 13:00, it was reported to SVR Skopje that around 12:45 in the Gazi Baba area of Skopje, a fire broke out at a paper factory. There were no injuries. The fire was extinguished by a team from the Skopje Fire Protection Brigade. An inspection was carried out by an investigation team from SVR Skopje.

On 16.05.2026 at 23:33, Z.Ѓ. reported to SVR Skopje that around 23:00 on bus no. 53 of JSP Skopje, his 16-year-old daughter had been physically assaulted by a female person identified as E.Z. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 17.05.2026 at 02:00 on Dimo Narednikot Street in Prilep, police officers from the Prilep Police Department deprived a 16-year-old boy from Prilep of his liberty because marijuana was found on him during a search. After the incident is documented, an appropriate report will follow.

On 16.05.2026 at 20:40, I.D. (42) from Bitola reported to SVR Bitola that at the intersection of Partizanska Street and Nikola Tesla Street in Bitola, she had been struck by a vehicle, sustaining injuries, after which the driver got out of the vehicle and physically assaulted her before leaving the scene. Immediately after receiving the report, appropriate measures were undertaken to clarify the case, and it was determined that the vehicle was a “Škoda” with Bitola license plates, driven by T.M. from Bitola. Measures are being taken to fully clarify the incident.

On 16.05.2026 at 23:30, M.J. (41) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that around 22:15 in a park in the Gjorche Petrov area, two minors approached her 11-year-old son and demanded money from him. After the child told them he had no money, they physically assaulted him and damaged his bicycle. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 16.05.2026 at 19:00, Ѓ.K. (24) from Skopje reported that around 08:40 at a retail outlet in the Centar area, while performing work duties, he was physically assaulted by his colleague L.S. (62) from Skopje. After the case is fully documented, an appropriate report will follow.

On 16.05.2026 at 17:30, S.B. (38) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that around 16:20 in the Kisela Voda area he was physically assaulted by one person. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 16.05.2026 at 12:00, 65-year-old I.S. from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that in the period from 02.08.2024 to 16.05.2026, a bronze bust had been stolen from a grave plot at the Butel City Cemetery. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
