(31) from the Republic of Albania of his liberty, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense “bribery.” During a traffic control, officers stopped a MAN cargo vehicle with Albanian license plates, and money was found inside the travel document he presented for inspection. A public prosecutor was informed, and the person was detained at the police station. After full documentation of the case, an appropriate criminal charge will be filed.
On 13.02.2026, at several locations in Skopje, police officers from the Skopje SIA deprived V.J. (45) from Skopje and S.A. (28) from Gostivar of their liberty, after marijuana was found and seized from them. After full documentation of the cases, appropriate submissions will follow.
On 13.02.2026 at 18:35, the Bitola SIA was notified that on “Kozjak” Street in Bitola, a 17-year-old from Bitola, while driving a Daewoo Tico passenger vehicle with Bitola license plates, struck the pedestrian E.K. (42) from Bitola. The pedestrian sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the Clinical Hospital in Bitola. An on-site inspection was carried out, and it was established that the vehicle was driven before the driver acquired the right to operate a motor vehicle. Following instructions from a public prosecutor, the minor was deprived of liberty and the vehicle was seized. After full documentation, an appropriate charge will be filed.
The Veles SIA filed two criminal charges against L.B. (39) from Kavadarci, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs.” During a search of his home, dried cannabis plants were found and seized.
The Bitola SIA filed a criminal charge against M.E. (36) from Prilep for the criminal offense “endangering with a dangerous tool during a fight or argument.”
On 13.02.2026 at 10:10, police officers from the Kavadarci Police Department deprived P.J. (33) from Rosoman of his liberty, on suspicion that he stole photovoltaic panels from a field in the village of Krushevica, Municipality of Rosoman. The stolen items were found and returned to the owner.
On 13.02.2026 at 11:50, a 28-year-old woman from Kavadarci reported to the Kavadarci Police Department that she had been defrauded of 180,000 denars by another woman from Kavadarci, who proposed starting a business together. The agreement was not realized. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
The Debar Police Department filed a criminal charge against A.S. (19) from Skopje for criminal offenses related to unauthorized production and enabling the use of narcotic drugs. During police control on “Debarski Kongres” Street in Debar, the suspect was caught giving marijuana to a person from Struga. Both were immediately deprived of liberty.
During 12 and 13 February 2026, several cases of physical attacks, threats, disturbance of public order, and domestic violence were reported in Skopje. Measures are being taken to fully resolve all cases.
On 14.02.2026 at 06:00, during a search at the Idrizovo Correctional Facility, marijuana was found and seized. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
