SVR Skopje filed a criminal complaint against A.J. (31) from Skopje due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the crime of "unauthorized production and release into circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors". On 25.07.2025 in Skopje, police officers conducted a search of the defendant's home, during which marijuana and cannabis oil were found and seized.

SVR Tetovo filed a criminal complaint against L.M. (49) from Kosovo due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the crime of "fraud". On 15.09.2025, the defendant misled a female person through a social network, presenting himself as the owner of a construction company in a foreign country, who would mediate for her in the purchase of property in the same country. The injured party paid the defendant a down payment of 12,000 euros on three occasions through a quick money transfer, but she did not receive the property.

The Gostivar Internal Affairs Directorate filed a criminal complaint against M.S. (47) from the village of Čegrane, Gostivar region, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of "usurpation of real estate". In 2025, in the village of Čegrane, the defendant fenced in, or usurped, an area of ​​1352 m2 in state ownership at a place called "Rudina".

The Delčevo External Criminal Affairs Office filed a criminal complaint against S.S. (62) from Delčevo due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offenses of "abuse of official position and authority" and "abuse of personal data". The defendant, in his capacity as director of the Public Utility Company "Bregalnica" from Delčevo, without their knowledge and consent, made a payment of 15,374 and 35,535 denars to two employees of the company at the counter of a bank branch in Delčevo on 03.09.2025 with his personal funds. In this way, he caused non-material damage to the honor and reputation of the two employees.

The Tetovo Police Department filed a criminal complaint against D.H. (46) from the Tetovo region, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense of “fraud”. On 08.01.2026, the defendant rented a vehicle from a rental car company from Skopje and was supposed to return it in three days, but in the meantime sold it to another person.

On 10/11.02.2026 in Skopje, at different locations, police officers from the Skopje Police Department deprived of their liberty F.S. (30), B.E. (38), A.H. (25) and D.S. (26), all from Skopje, because marijuana was found and confiscated from them. After fully documenting the cases, appropriate reports will be filed.

On 10.02.2026 at 23:00, the Skopje Police Department reported that a traffic accident had occurred on the Skopje-Kumanovo highway, in front of the interchange for the City of Skopje bypass. between a passenger vehicle "BMW" with Skopje license plates, driven by A.V. (25) from the village of Bujkovci, Skopje, and a cargo vehicle "Mercedes" with a semi-trailer with Negotin license plates, driven by LJ.D. (56) from the village of Brest, Shtip, where both vehicles caught fire and burned completely. The driver of the passenger vehicle "BMW" suffered serious injuries in the accident, which were confirmed in the "Mother Teresa" Clinic Complex in Skopje. An inspection was carried out by an inspection team of the SVR Skopje.

On 10.02.2026 at around 16:40, the SVR Skopje was reported that on ul. "Njegoševa" in Skopje, a passenger vehicle "Renault" with Skopje license plates, driven by A.S. (46), hit 69-year-old V.D., after which the driver left the scene with the vehicle. V.D. suffered bodily injuries in the accident, which were diagnosed at the "Mother Teresa" Clinic Complex. After measures were taken, the driver was found, an official interview was conducted with him and the public prosecutor was notified. After fully documenting the case, an appropriate report will follow.

On 10.02.2026 at 15:00 in the village of Senokos, Dolneni Municipality, police officers from the Ropotovo Police Department deprived H.K. (34) from Prilep of his liberty. During a search of his passenger vehicle, items were found that he is suspected of having stolen from a poultry farm in the village of Dolneni, which had previously been reported stolen. Later, his brother B.K. (32) was also deprived of his liberty because he stopped in front of a police vehicle on Orde Chopela Street in Prilep, tried to prevent the transport to the Prilep Police Department and behaved aggressively towards police officers who were performing official duties. After fully documenting the case, appropriate charges will be filed against both of them.

The Department for Internal Control, Criminal Investigations and Professional Standards at the Ministry of Interior filed a criminal complaint with the competent Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Shtip against M.S. in the position of Administrative Affairs Advisor for Shtip in the Administrative Affairs Department in Shtip at the Department for Civil Affairs, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed a criminal offense of "embezzlement in office" under Article 354 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code. The accused M.S. in the period from 01.01.2025 to 30.06.2025 embezzled money entrusted to the service, so that on several occasions from citizens-requesters of services for issuing a travel document, taking advantage of their ignorance of the legal regulations in the Ministry of Interior, he demanded from them to give him money in hand when submitting an application for a travel document, under the pretext that the possibility of paying at the post terminal with a payment card was currently not in operation and that it was necessary to pay money in cash. The citizens gave him money in hand in the amount of the service cost, and the accused was later supposed to pay the given money to the bank account of the Ministry of Interior, as well as to make a payment for the administrative fee to the bank account of the Budget of the Republic of Macedonia, but the accused, although he completed the procedure and issued personal documents-passports to the citizens, did not pay the entrusted money during the specified period, but rather appropriated it for himself. The Department for Internal Control, Criminal Investigations and Professional Standards will submit a proposal to initiate a procedure against M.S. for violation of work order and discipline and will impose mandatory measures of removal from the workplace until the completion of the disciplinary procedure.

SVR Ohrid filed a criminal complaint against J.P. (42) from Struga due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of "unauthorized production and release into circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors". Upon exiting a factory for the production of medical cannabis in Ohrid, police officers searched the defendant, during which hashish was found and confiscated from him.

On 10.02.2026 at around 11:10 a.m., SVR Skopje received a report that in the Centar area, following a previous misunderstanding in traffic, public order and peace were disturbed by a physical confrontation between M.S. (51) from Skopje and P.V. (28) from Strumica. After the case is fully documented, an appropriate report will follow.

The Internal Affairs Unit Aerodrom and Drachevo at the SVR Skopje filed criminal charges against D.M. (18) and G.D. (25), both from Skopje, due to reasonable suspicion of committing the crime of "aggravated theft" in a brazen manner. Namely, they are suspected of having taken a backpack containing money, documents, a mobile phone and other items from a 53-year-old woman on 10.02.2026 at around 06:30 in the area of ​​the municipality of Aerodrom. Some of the items were found and returned to the injured party.

On 10.02.2026 at around 05:00, the SVR Skopje received a report that in the period from 19:00 on 09.02.2026 to 04:40 on 10.02.2026, the glass of the entrance door of a financial company building in the Gazi Baba area of ​​Skopje was broken with the use of force and a sharp tool, after which someone entered and took money. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
