On 08.02.2026 at 16:30, the SVR Kicevo was reported that on the local road s.Zajas-Tekje maalo, a 14-year-old from s.Gorno Strogomishte, Kicevo region, driving a quadricycle with Kicevo license plates, ran off the road. The driver and his 14-year-old passenger from s.Zajas, Kicevo region, sustained injuries in the accident, which were confirmed at the Kicevo Medical Center and the "Mother Teresa" Clinic Complex in Skopje. An inspection team from the Kichevo Police Department conducted an inspection, and upon the order of the public prosecutor, the quadricycle was confiscated.
On 08.02.2026 at 23:55, it was reported to the SVR Skopje that at the Dolno Blace Border Crossing, on the way out of the country, I.F. (40) from the Republic of Kosovo, driving a bus with Kosovo national markings, crashed into a cabin. An inspection team from the SVR Skopje conducted an inspection, during which I.F. was not allowed to leave the country, i.e. his documents were confiscated for further proceedings.
On 08.02.2026 at 16:20, V.V. from Gostivar reported that on the stretch between the villages of Trnovo and Zelezna Reka, under a rock by the river, he found four explosive devices. An expert team from the Ministry of Interior has recovered the four Chinese-made grenades for further forensic examination and clarification of the case.
The Bitola Internal Affairs Directorate filed criminal charges against O.N. (40) from Bitola due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of "unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors". On 01.02.2026, police officers conducted a search of the defendant's home, during which MDMA tablets, cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana and two digital scales were found and confiscated.
The SVR Ohrid filed a criminal complaint against S.M. (43) from Ohrid and against a legal entity based in Ohrid, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense "violation of rights arising from employment". The accused S.M., in his capacity as owner and manager of the legal entity, knowingly did not comply with the provisions of the Law on Establishment of Employment Relationships and in Legal Entities, did not properly report and perform labor insurance for the now deceased worker K.L. from Ohrid, thereby depriving him of and limiting the rights that belonged to him. S.M. allowed access to the now deceased worker to a workplace that is exposed to serious and specific dangers, without receiving special work instructions, i.e. allowed him to perform work tasks as an assistant fitter, without completing basic training in the field of safety and health at work and without an appropriate health examination in a health clinic for occupational medicine.
On 08.02.2026, police officers from the Kumanovo SVR arrested L.B. (23), M.R. (22), A.S. (19) and K.K. (23), all from Kumanovo, because at a stadium in the village of Dobrošane, Kumanovo, during a football match between the Bashkimi and Kumanovo clubs, they attacked F.B., an employee of the Bashkimi football club, with a hard object. After fully documenting the case, appropriate charges will be filed.
On 08.02.2026 at 20:00 on ul. "Dabnichka" in Prilep, police officers from the Prilep Internal Affairs Department deprived of their liberty F.A. (40) and I.Dz. (27), both from Prilep, acting on a report that on the same day in the "Tri bagremi" neighborhood in Prilep they attacked S.A. (36) from Prilep with a sharp object and caused him injuries. Measures are being taken to clear up the incident.
On 08.02.2026 at 21:25 in Skopje, in the area of Kisela Voda, police officers from the SVR Skopje detained N.R. (42) from Skopje, following a previous report that he had violated public order and peace by physically fighting with M.A. (20), M.A. (21) and D.D. (23), all from Skopje. On 08.02.2026, A.K. (59) from Skopje reported to the SVR Skopje that at around 03:30 in the Bit Pazar area, two people used physical force to take his mobile phone and money. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 07.02.2026 at 13:30, the SVR Skopje received a report from the Skopje Correctional Institution Prison that mobile phones and other items were found and seized in a room in the institution.
