(33) from Radovish due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of "unauthorized production and release into circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors". Police officers conducted a search of the defendant's home, during which seven stems of the cannabis plant were found and confiscated, and four stems of cannabis were found planted in the yard.
The Bitola Police Department filed a criminal complaint against M.M. (64) from the village of Preglovo, the municipality of Plasnica, and against A.M. (27) from the village of Plasnica due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of "theft". On 06.11.2025 in the village of Plasnica, the defendants were found with a passenger vehicle "Opel Frontera" without license plates, in which they were transporting unstamped firewood and without appropriate documentation.
The Tetovo State Security Service filed a criminal complaint against G.S. (42) from Tetovo due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of “endangering security” and “bodily injury”. On 20.11.2025, in the family house, the accused physically attacked his common-law wife.
The External Criminal Affairs Office Resen filed a criminal complaint against B.R. (26) and U.R. (54), both from Resen, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of “attacking an official while performing security work”. On 26.07.2025 in Resen, police officers stopped a passenger vehicle “Fiat” without license plates, driven by B.R., who refused to identify himself, started the vehicle and injured a police officer. Later, after B.R. was found, he, together with U.R. physically and with hard objects attacked police officers who were performing official duties.
The External Office for Criminal Affairs Struga filed a criminal complaint against a legal entity - a catering facility from the village of Misleshevo, Struga, S.S. (52) - a responsible person in the facility and against a 16-year-old girl from the village of Misleshevo, employed in the catering facility, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of "serving alcoholic beverages to a child". On 10.10.2025 in the catering facility in the village of Misleshevo, the defendants allowed and served alcohol to minors, during which one of them became ill.
The Tetovo State Police filed a criminal complaint against M.R. (52) from Tetovo due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing two criminal offenses: "usurpation of real estate" and "illegal construction". On 16.09.2025, on a state-owned cadastral plot in Tetovo, the accused was building a retaining wall for which he did not have an appropriate permit issued by a competent authority.
The Department for Cross-Border Crime and Migration Kumanovo filed criminal charges against two minors from Kocani due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of "complicity" in connection with the crime of "smuggling of migrants". On 30.11.2025 near Kumanovo, police officers noticed a passenger vehicle "Volkswagen Passat", in which the accused were being transported, and which did not stop at a given sign. Soon, the vehicle stopped, and the accused tried to escape. After measures were taken, they were found and deprived of their liberty, and five people - migrants were found in the vehicle, three of whom were from Morocco, one from Algeria and one from Sudan.
On 04/05.12.2025 in Skopje, at various locations, police officers from the SVR Skopje deprived of their liberty M.E.N. (28) from Skopje and D.M. (26) from the village of Dolno Lisice, Skopje region, because marijuana was found and seized from them. After fully documenting the cases, appropriate submissions will follow.
On 04.12.2025 at 13:30 at the Tabanovce Border Crossing, at the entrance to the country, police officers deprived K.O.M. (26) from Poland of his liberty because during border control and checks in a passenger vehicle "Audi" with German national plates, in which he was traveling, cardboard boxes containing mushrooms with psychotropic effects were found and seized. He was handed over to police officers from the Kumanovo Internal Affairs Directorate and after fully documenting the case, an appropriate report will be filed against him.
The Struga Internal Affairs Directorate filed a request to initiate misdemeanor proceedings against the legal entity-municipality of Struga and against the responsible person M.K. (65) from the Struga village of Bidzevo, for an act committed contrary to Article 6, and punishable under Article 11 of the Law on the Use of Flags of Communities in the Republic of Macedonia. The defendants, as organizers of an event on the occasion of the Albanian Flag Day, which was held on 28.11.2025 on the "Marshal Tito" street in Struga, next to the flags of the communities, neither on the stage nor on a part of the quay of the Crn Drim river, did not display or place the state flag of the Republic of Macedonia, which they were legally obliged to do.
On 05.12.2025 at 00:10 in the village of Volkovija, Tetovo region, police officers from the Tetovo Police Department deprived G.S. (25) from the village of Volkovija of his liberty. The passenger vehicle "Audi" with Tetovo license plates, owned by I.J. (49) from the village of Brvenica, Tetovo region, which was previously reported to have been seized, was found in his possession. The vehicle will be returned to the owner, and G.S. is detained at the police station and after documenting the case, an appropriate report will be prepared for him.
On 04.12.2025 at 19:45, the SVR Skopje was reported that a fire broke out in an abandoned building opposite the "St. Spas" church in Skopje. There were no injuries, and the fire was extinguished by the team of the Skopje Fire Brigade.
The External Office for Criminal Affairs Sveti Nikole filed a criminal complaint against A.A. (38) from the village of Erdzelija, Sveti Nikole region, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense of "violence against a child". On 09.09.2025 in a yard in the village of Erdzelija, the reported person physically attacked a minor.
The Kratovo Regional Police Department filed criminal charges against J.S. (35) from the village of Turalevo, Kratovo region, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of "usurpation of real estate" and "illegal construction". The defendant, at the end of 2024, after buying an apartment in a residential building in Kratovo, usurped the yard of the residential building, without obtaining a building permit issued by a competent authority, and built a concrete terrace with concrete columns.

On 10.11.2025, the accused, without possessing a daily permit for hunting game in a hunting ground and on Monday, which by decision of the Board of Directors of the Hunting and Fishing Association "Studenec" from Konce was not designated as a hunting day, went hunting for wild boars in the area of the village of Gabrevci, municipality of Konce.
The Strumica State Police filed criminal charges with the Strumica Basic Public Prosecutor's Office against G.Z. (53) from the village of Dobrejci, Strumica, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of "harassment in the performance of duty" under Article 143 of the Criminal Code. The defendant, as a state education inspector, on 15.10.2025, while performing an inspection at the "Marshal Tito" primary school in the village of Murtino, Strumica, committed psychological violence against a teacher at the school by pressuring her to write a statement as he wanted, and after she wrote a statement that was not according to his instructions, he refused to accept it and threw it in the hallway.
On 04.12.2025 at 19:00 in the SVR Skopje, Z.C. (34) from Skopje reported that around 18:00 in the Karposh area, three people, after spraying him with pepper spray, physically attacked him and took his mobile phone. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 05.12.2025 at 00:20, the Veles State Police Department reported that on 04.12.2025, in a factory in the municipality of Ilinden, 49-year-old S.A. from Veles sustained a serious bodily injury while performing work tasks, which was confirmed at the Veles General Hospital.
The Kicevo State Police Department filed criminal charges against G.L. (57) from Kicevo due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offenses of "illegal construction" and "use of a document with false content". He, as an investor, carried out an extension to a small business facility without building permits, and then, with the intention of creating the appearance of legality of the facility, used a report from 2018 with false data. In this way, he presented incorrect facts about the location, area and categorization of the facility to the competent institutions.
On 04.12.2025 at 15:00 in the SVR Skopje, a 39-year-old woman from Skopje reported that on 25.11.2025 at around 17:00 in the family home in the area of the municipality of Aerodrom, their 15-year-old daughter was physically attacked by her husband D.K. (43) from Skopje, who also used a hard object. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 04.12.2025 at 21:55 in Skopje, in the area of Gjorce Petrov, police officers from the SVR Skopje detained 43-year-old A.R. from the village of Mrševci, Skopje region, because she behaved aggressively towards police officers who were performing official duties. After the case is fully documented, an appropriate report will follow.
On 04.12.2025 at 15:38, the SVR Skopje was reported that R.O. (19) was found dead in the home in the village of Ognjanci, Skopje region. An emergency medical doctor confirmed death without visible traces of violence, and by order of the public prosecutor, the body of the deceased was submitted for autopsy.
