SVR Ohrid filed a criminal complaint against a legal entity from Ohrid whose primary activity is the cultivation of spice, aromatic, and medicinal plants, and against R.D. (54) from Ohrid, the manager of the company, on suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Article 95-v of the Law on Control of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances. Specifically, from 28 April 2025 until early March 2026, the second suspect failed to notify the Ministry of Health and did not submit written notifications to the competent commission regarding changes in the quantity of the final dried flower product, as well as the storage of the flower in unsuitable premises. During an inspection, the discovered goods were sealed in the premises of the company's branch office in Novo Selo, Debrca Municipality.
On 2/3 June 2026 in Skopje, at various locations, police officers from SVR Skopje arrested P.K. (49), R.R. (36), I.G. (29), N.A. (39), N.T.S. (40), M.K. (39), a 16-year-old minor, all from Skopje, and T.A. from Italy, after white lumpy and powdery substances, crystalline substances, marijuana, and a knife were found and seized from them. After the case is fully documented, appropriate charges will be filed against them.
The Department for Suppression of Organized and Serious Crime filed criminal charges against K.P.K. (66) from Skopje on suspicion of “unauthorized manufacture, possession, mediation, and trade in weapons or explosive materials,” and against a legal entity from Skopje for “unauthorized storage, handling, and trade of large quantities of pyrotechnic and explosive materials.” On 13 February 2026, police officers searched warehouse and business premises in Skopje used by the company and K.P.K., where a large quantity of pyrotechnic materials was found and seized, having been stored without authorization.
On 2 June 2026 at 08:40, at the Dolno Blace Border Crossing, on entry into the country, police officers arrested K.K. (22) from Kosovo after border checks and operational records showed that he was subject to an “arrest” measure requested by Interpol. He was handed over to a police station for further proceedings.
SVR Strumica filed a criminal complaint against A.T.G. (30) from the village of Koleshino, Strumica region, on suspicion of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors.” On 15 April 2025, police officers searched an individual and found and seized marijuana that had allegedly been obtained from the suspect. Marijuana was also found during a search of the suspect’s home.
On 2 June 2026 at 11:00, it was reported to the Kochani Police Department that on “Todosija Paunov” Street in Kochani, a “Hamachi” motorcycle with Kochani license plates, driven by a 16-year-old from the village of Grdovci, Kochani region, struck P.L. (74) from Kochani. P.L. sustained serious bodily injuries, while the minor suffered bodily injuries, both confirmed at the Kochani hospital. An inspection was conducted by a police investigation team.
SVR Kumanovo filed criminal charges against N.A. (39) from Kumanovo on suspicion of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors.” On 16 July 2025, police officers searched the suspect and found and seized cocaine.
On 2 June 2026 at around 13:00, the Struga Police Department received a report from the “St. Erasmus” Special Hospital in Ohrid that S.S. (73) from Struga had been admitted with serious bodily injuries. According to the report, she sustained the injuries while moving through the Plitishta settlement near Struga, when she lost consciousness, fell, and struck an “Iveco” truck with Struga registration plates, driven by I.I. (40) from the village of Radolishta. An investigation was carried out by police officers from Struga.
SVR Kumanovo filed criminal charges against D.S. (39) from the village of Algunja, Staro Nagorichane Municipality, on suspicion of “unauthorized manufacture, possession, mediation, and trade in weapons and explosive materials.” During a search of his home, police found and seized a large quantity of black powder and cartridges for which he did not possess a permit.
On 3 June 2026 at 00:35 on “Ilindenska” Street in Tetovo, police officers from SVR Tetovo arrested G.J. (29) from Albania after finding and seizing a white powdery substance. He was detained at a police station, and after the case is documented, appropriate charges will be filed.
On 2 June 2026 at 13:00 in Strumica, police officers from SVR Strumica arrested T.J. (45) and V.J. (39), both from the village of Banica. According to reports, they, together with two minors from the same village, behaved aggressively toward employees of the Municipality of Strumica and police officers carrying out official duties on “Bratstvo i Edinstvo” Street. They were detained at the Strumica Police Station. Interviews with the minors were conducted in the presence of their parents. A public prosecutor from the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Strumica was informed, and appropriate charges will follow after the case is documented.
The Debar Criminal Affairs Office filed criminal charges against G.I. (64) from Debar on suspicion of “usurpation of real estate.” During 2026, on a state-owned cadastral plot at a location known as “Shpilje,” the suspect fenced off a parcel with metal posts and erected a structure without a construction permit, thereby unlawfully acquiring state land and obtaining a financial benefit amounting to 3,960,000 denars.
On 2 June 2026 at 11:10, SVR Tetovo received a report from the Gostivar Medical Center that H.S. (60) and R.R. (36), both from Gostivar, had been admitted with serious bodily injuries. According to the report, they were injured while performing work duties for a private company in the “Sixth Zone” industrial area in Gostivar. Due to the severity of his injuries, H.S. was transferred to the “Mother Teresa” Clinical Complex in Skopje, while R.R. remained hospitalized in Gostivar. A public prosecutor was notified, and an investigation was carried out by police officers and a labor inspector from the State Labor Inspectorate.
On 2 June 2026 at 23:40, police officers from SVR Kumanovo arrested G.M. (19) from Kumanovo after marijuana was found and seized from him. Following full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will be filed.
SVR Tetovo filed criminal charges against S.A. (58) from the village of Brvenica, Tetovo region, on suspicion of sexual harassment. In December 2024, while transporting passengers in a van and when no one else was present in the vehicle, the suspect allegedly committed sexual acts against a 15-year-old girl from the Tetovo area.
On 2 June 2026 at 15:20 in Negotino, police officers from the Negotino Police Department arrested I.D. (28) from Negotino. He is suspected of committing an aggravated theft in the home of a 62-year-old resident of Negotino. Following police measures, the stolen property was recovered and returned to its owner. The suspect was detained, and criminal charges will follow after the case is documented.
On 2 June 2026, SVR Tetovo received a report that at around 09:50 a fire broke out in a stall of the men’s restroom at the “Mosha Pijade” State Vocational High School in Tetovo. Employees extinguished the fire using fire extinguishers and hydrants. During firefighting efforts, employees N.R., I.P., M.S., A.Z., B.K., and G.M. inhaled smoke and were taken to the Tetovo Clinical Center for medical assistance. A police investigation was conducted in cooperation with a public prosecutor.
SVR Kumanovo filed criminal charges against D.A. (48) from the village of Romanovce, Kumanovo region, on suspicion of “unauthorized manufacture, possession, mediation, and trade in weapons and explosive materials.” On 8 February 2026, police searched his home and found bullets and hunting cartridges of various calibers that he possessed without the required permits and authorization.
On 2 June 2026 at around 14:30, E.M. (29) from the village of Laskarci reported to SVR Skopje that while working with a friend at a building under construction on the Saraj–Matka road, his father E.M. (57) and uncle S.M. (45), with whom he had previous business disputes, arrived at the site. After he asked them to leave, they allegedly fired a pistol and a hunting rifle at the building and damaged his passenger vehicle. Following police measures, E.M. was arrested. During a court-authorized search of his home, two hunting rifles and ammunition were found and seized. Measures are being taken to fully clarify the case, after which appropriate charges will be filed.
On 2 June 2026 at 19:30, D.S. (29) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that he had been physically assaulted in the Centar municipality area by a 16-year-old from Skopje. Appropriate action will follow after the case is documented.
On 2 June 2026 at around 19:30, R.M. (33) from the village of Ognjanci reported that he had been physically assaulted in the village by S.S. from Ognjanci. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 1 June 2026 at around 12:30, D.I. (58) from the village of Volkovo reported that in the village of Nikishtani, following a traffic-related disagreement, he had been physically assaulted by N.E. (31) from Nikishtani. Appropriate charges will follow after the case is documented.
On 2 June 2026 at 20:50 in the Shuto Orizari area of Skopje, police officers from SVR Skopje arrested B.A. (51) from Skopje following a report that he had physically assaulted N.A. (56) from Skopje with a hard object. Appropriate action will be taken after the case is documented.
On 2 June 2026 at 13:30, Z.H. (22) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that on 1 June 2026, while at her workplace in a healthcare institution in the Aerodrom municipality area, Z.J. behaved aggressively toward her and physically assaulted her following a prior disagreement. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 2 June 2026 at 09:40, SVR Skopje received a report that public order and peace had been disturbed near the Drisla landfill in the area of the village of Batinci through a physical altercation between S.B. (37) from Batinci and Gj.S. (66) from Skopje. Appropriate action will follow after the case is documented.
On 1 June 2026, Sh.S. (30) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that in the Shuto Orizari area, his minor son had been physically assaulted by M.B. (29) from Skopje, who allegedly used a sharp object during the attack. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
