On 02.02.2026 in Skopje, at different locations, police officers from the SVR Skopje deprived of their liberty B.K. (27), I.F. (22), B.A. (18), P.K. (20) and M.M. (38), all from Skopje, because marijuana was found and seized from them. After fully documenting the cases, appropriate submissions will follow.
On 03.02.2026, police officers from the OVR Kavadarci conducted an official interview with B.B. (29) from Kavadarci. During a search of his home, carried out with a court order, objects were found and seized that are suspected of originating from criminal acts of "theft". The confiscated items will be returned to the owners. The public prosecutor was notified and after documenting the event, appropriate submissions will be filed against B.B.
On 02.02.2026 at 10:55 a.m. on ul. "Boško Najdovski" in Bitola, police officers from the SVR Bitola deprived R.T. (44) from Bitola of his liberty. He was wanted on a central warrant issued by the Basic Court of Bitola for serving a prison sentence of one year and six months. The person was taken to the Bitola Prison to serve his sentence.
On (03.02.2026) at 02:00 a.m. near the Bogorodica Border Crossing, during an attempt to illegally exit the country, police officers deprived seven foreign citizens of their liberty, five of whom were from Pakistan and two from India. After checks in the operational records, it was determined that they had previously entered the country at the Skopje International Airport Border Crossing. After fully documenting the case, appropriate charges will be filed against them.
The Kumanovo State Police filed a criminal complaint against M.T. (40) from Kumanovo due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of "unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors". On 20.02.2025, police officers conducted a search of the home of the complainant, during which marijuana and cannabis seeds were found and seized.
On 02.02.2026 at 21:25, during a traffic control on "Stiv Naumov" Street in Ohrid, police officers stopped a "Volkswagen" passenger vehicle with Ohrid license plates, driven by P.S. (32) from Ohrid. It was found that P.S. was driving the vehicle even though he had a protective measure - a three-month ban on driving a B category motor vehicle. Following instructions from the public prosecutor, the police officers seized the vehicle and the driver's documents, and after fully documenting the incident, an appropriate report will be filed against him.
On 03.02.2026 at 02:40, police officers from the Veles SVR detained D.T. (35) from Veles, acting on a previous report that he had physically attacked A.A. (45) from Veles on "Kiril Pejčinović" Street in Veles. When taking measures, 1.83 per mille of alcohol was measured in his blood. He was detained at the police station and after documenting the incident, an appropriate report will be filed against him.
