SVR Veles filed a criminal complaint against T.B. (32) from Veles due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of “aggravated theft” and “damage and unauthorized access to a computer system.” On 06.03.2026, the suspect used a suitable tool to break into two retail facilities in Veles and took money, while upon leaving the second facility, he took a wallet containing personal documents and three bank cards belonging to one person, using one of the cards at a gas station.

(46) from Tetovo of their liberty, as white powdery substance, marijuana and cannabis seeds were found and seized from them. On 01.04.2026 at 18:30 in OVR Prilep, it was reported that on the Gradsko–Prilep road, a traffic accident occurred between a passenger vehicle “Volkswagen Touran” with Bitola plates, driven by D.K. (53) from Bitola, and a cargo vehicle “Renault” with Bitola plates, driven by V.Sh. (61) from the village of Gorno Orizari (Bitola region). In the accident, the driver of the passenger vehicle and his passenger S.K. (75) from Bitola sustained serious bodily injuries, while another passenger V.K. sustained bodily injuries, confirmed at the Emergency Medical Service in Prilep. (45) from Shtip due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of “false representation,” “unauthorized taking of a motor vehicle,” and “aggravated theft in a brazen manner.” On 09.03.2025 on “Ribnik” Street in Shtip, the suspect stopped a passenger vehicle “Peugeot” owned by a legal entity, falsely presenting himself as a police officer, took the vehicle and left the scene. The same day, on “Sutjeska” Street, while driving the stolen vehicle, he stopped near a woman, physically assaulted her and took her dog.

(48) from Veles due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.” On 28.10.2025 in Veles, police officers observed the suspect selling heroin to another person, after which both fled, while the heroin was found and seized. On 29.10.2025, S.M. was found and deprived of liberty, after which he was taken to the Veles Police Station, where he confessed to the crime.
On 01.04.2026 at 22:00 in the Aerodrom municipality area in Skopje, police officers from SVR Skopje deprived M.F.J. (26) from Turkey, residing in Skopje, of his liberty. He is suspected that in the period from 30.03.2026 to 01.04.2026, from the hallway of a residential building in the Aerodrom municipality area, he stole a bicycle from a 26-year-old from the Bitola region. On 01.04.2026 at 14:00 on “Cvetan Dimov” Street in Tetovo, police officers from SVR Tetovo, based on a court order for serving a prison sentence for a criminal offense under Article 284-a of the Criminal Code, apprehended Sh.I. (51) from Tetovo. He was transferred to the Correctional Facility Prison Tetovo to serve his sentence.

On 01.04.2026 at 14:10 in SVR Veles, a 60-year-old man from Veles reported that he had been defrauded of 12,400 denars by a person he met in December 2025 in Veles, who presented himself as a police inspector in Skopje. According to the report, the person asked him to pick up a package of branded clothing from another individual at a prearranged location in Veles, allegedly a colleague inspector from Negotino, and to pay 200 euros for it, which would later be returned. As reported, instead of meeting the person from Negotino, he met the person from Skopje, who misled him, handed him the package and took the money. The same person also defrauded his son on two occasions and later ceased communication, after which the victim realized he had been scammed. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 02.04.2026 in OVR Kavadarci, it was reported that on the local road Kavadarci–village Resava, a passenger vehicle “Daewoo Lanos” with Kavadarci plates, driven by I.D. (19) from the village of Begniste, overturned on the roadway. The driver sustained bodily injuries, confirmed at the General Hospital Kavadarci, where he was retained for treatment. It was established that he was driving without a valid license and under the influence of alcohol, with 1.62‰ alcohol in his blood. By order of a public prosecutor, the vehicle was seized, and an inspection was carried out by an OVR Kavadarci team. After full documentation, an appropriate report will be filed.
