he Strumica Sector for Internal Affairs (SVR Strumica) filed a criminal complaint against Z.B. (61) and Lj.D. (28), both from Strumica, on reasonable suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.” On November 9, 2025, near a nightclub, police officers conducted a search of the second reported individual, during which cocaine was found and seized from him, which he had previously obtained from the first reported individual.

The Kumanovo Sector for Internal Affairs (SVR Kumanovo) filed a criminal complaint against A.S. (22), M.A. (25) and D.A. (25), all from Kumanovo, and D.S. (24) from Skopje, on reasonable suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of “violence.” On February 18, 2026, in front of a commercial establishment in the village of Umin Dol, Kumanovo area, the reported individuals physically assaulted D.Gj.

The Gevgelija Internal Affairs Department (OVR Gevgelija) filed a criminal complaint against K.P. (32) from Gevgelija, on reasonable suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.” On February 27, 2026, in Gevgelija, police officers searched the suspect’s home, where marijuana and amphetamine were found and seized.

The Delchevo External Office for Criminal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against D.M. (63) from a village in the Delchevo area, on reasonable suspicion of having committed the criminal offenses of “causing grievous bodily injury” and “endangering safety.” On August 4, 2026, the reported individual physically assaulted his wife, causing her serious bodily injuries.

The Skopje Sector for Internal Affairs (SVR Skopje) filed a criminal complaint against G.H. (25) from Skopje, on reasonable suspicion of having committed the criminal offenses of “aggravated theft” and “unauthorized manufacture, possession, brokering and trading in weapons or explosive substances.” Between January 2 and January 5, 2026, at the Public Enterprise “Parks and Greenery” in Skopje, the reported individual used physical force and a tool to break open a safe and steal nine pistols.

During the past 24 hours, at various locations throughout the country, police officers detained eight drivers for committing the criminal offense of “reckless driving” under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code. Seven of them were driving without having passed a driving test: A.A. (18) from the village of Arachinovo, Skopje area; S.R. (31) from the village of Saraj, Skopje area; B.A. (31) from the village of Dolna Leshnica, Municipality of Želino; D.A. (21) from the village of Negotino, Gostivar area; Џ.M. (48) from Gostivar; D.M. (24) from the village of Čajle, Gostivar area; and A.M. (39) from Kavadarci, who was also under the influence of alcohol. Meanwhile, M.J. (61) from Sveti Nikole was driving under the influence of alcohol and caused a traffic accident. After the cases have been fully documented, appropriate criminal complaints will be filed.

On September 30, 2026, at 6:45 p.m., at the Tabanovce Border Crossing, while entering the country, police officers detained A.K. (55), a citizen of the Republic of Greece. During border control and checks, it was established that he had presented a forged Slovenian driving license for inspection. The individual was handed over to police officers from SVR Kumanovo for further proceedings, and after the case is fully documented, an appropriate complaint will be filed against him.

On September 30, 2026, in the area of Gjorche Petrov in Skopje, police officers from SVR Skopje detained M.A. (22) from Skopje because marijuana was found and seized from him. After the case is fully documented, an appropriate submission will follow.

On September 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., SVR Skopje was notified that at the intersection of Street “534” and a service road in the village of Marino, Municipality of Ilinden, a motorcycle driven by a 17-year-old from the village of Marino struck a parked passenger vehicle, a Honda Civic with Skopje registration plates, which had been parked by P.M. (68) from the village of Mršalno, Skopje area. The minor sustained serious bodily injuries in the accident, which were confirmed at the Emergency Center of the “Mother Teresa” Clinical Complex in Skopje. An inspection was carried out by an SVR Skopje inspection team.

On September 30, 2026, at 11:05 a.m., at a place known as “Bunec,” police officers from the Mavrovo Police Department detained Sh.M.A. (33), a citizen of Afghanistan. During a check of a taxi vehicle with Skopje registration plates in which he was traveling, marijuana and rolling papers were found in his possession. He was held at a police station and brought before a judge at the Basic Court in Gostivar, who imposed the appropriate misdemeanor sanctions and a one-year ban on entering the Republic of North Macedonia.

On September 30, 2026, at around 9:00 a.m., the Kavadarci Internal Affairs Department (OVR Kavadarci) was notified that a traffic accident had occurred on the local road between the villages of Marena and Sopot involving a passenger vehicle and a bicycle ridden by B.A. (76) from the village of Marena, after which the driver of the passenger vehicle left the scene. The cyclist sustained serious bodily injuries, which were confirmed at Kavadarci General Hospital. An inspection was carried out by an OVR Kavadarci inspection team, and measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On September 30, 2026, at 10:00 p.m., in the village of Bogovinje, police officers from the Kamenjane Police Department detained A.M. (21) from the village of Senokos. During a search and inspection of a BMW passenger vehicle with Gostivar registration plates, which he was driving, marijuana was found and seized. He was held at a police station, and after the case is documented, an appropriate submission will be filed against him.

On September 30, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., police officers from the Kriva Palanka Internal Affairs Department detained O.R. (61) from a village in the Kriva Palanka area because he had physically assaulted his minor son, using a sharp object in the attack. He was taken to a police station and, after the case is fully documented, an appropriate criminal complaint will be filed against him.

On October 1, 2026, at 12:15 a.m., in the village of Mala Rečica, Tetovo area, police officers from SVR Tetovo detained J.I. (27) from Tetovo because marijuana was found and seized during a search of his person. He was held at a police station, and after the case is fully documented, an appropriate submission will follow.

On September 30, 2026, at 8:55 p.m., in Gostivar, police officers from OVR Gostivar detained B.K. (43) from Gostivar, acting on a prior report of domestic violence filed by his 41-year-old wife. The individual was held at a police station for further proceedings.

The Valandovo External Office for Criminal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against T.Z. (57) from Valandovo, on reasonable suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.” On December 2, 2025, in Valandovo, police officers searched the suspect’s home and auxiliary premises, where cannabis plant seeds were found and seized.

On September 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., in Kavadarci, police officers from OVR Kavadarci detained B.B. (29) from Kavadarci. He is suspected of having taken a wallet belonging to a 24-year-old woman from a village in the Kavadarci area from a passenger vehicle near the village of Vozarci, Kavadarci area. After the incident has been fully clarified and documented, an appropriate submission will be filed.

The Debar Internal Affairs Department (OVR Debar) filed a criminal complaint against O.G. (52) from Debar, on reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of “aggravated theft” under Article 236 of the Criminal Code. On September 14/15, 2026, using physical force and tools, he cut and stole two metal protective safety barriers installed on the “Vrmički Bridge” on the Debar–Struga regional road. In doing so, the reported individual obtained unlawful material benefit, causing damage to the Public Enterprise “Macedonia Road.”

On October 1, 2026, at 1:10 a.m. in Bogdanci, police officers from SVR Strumica–OVR Gevgelija detained a 21-year-old resident of Bogdanci. According to the report, on September 30, 2026, at around 9:00 p.m., he physically assaulted his 17-year-old girlfriend in his home. A public prosecutor from the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Gevgelija was notified of the incident, and after the case is documented, an appropriate complaint will be filed.

On October 1, 2026, at 4:50 a.m., police officers from SVR Veles conducted an official interview with F.T. (29) from the village of Klukovec, Veles area. It had previously been reported that game wardens from the Veles Hunting Association had heard gunshots near the village of Klukovec and, due to suspicions of illegal hunting, went to the area, where they observed a vehicle in which F.T. was present. Two rifles and a weapons permit were seized from him, and after the incident is fully clarified and documented, an appropriate complaint will be filed.

The Struga Internal Affairs Department (OVR Struga) filed a criminal complaint against M.C. (62) from the Struga village of Vranishta, on reasonable suspicion of having committed the criminal offense under Article 288 of the Criminal Code — “causing general danger.” On August 25, 2026, by setting fire to dry grass and shrubs, he caused a fire in an open area in the vicinity of the Struga village of Lozhani. Following measures taken, police officers detained and arrested him.

On September 30, 2026, at 4:10 p.m., SVR Ohrid was notified that P.T. from Ohrid had physically assaulted her mother in the family home. After the incident is fully documented, an appropriate complaint will be filed against her.

On September 30, 2026, at 3:20 a.m., in Kruševo, police officers from OVR Kruševo detained T.M. (54) from Kruševo because he had physically assaulted his 44-year-old wife in the family home. After the incident is documented, an appropriate submission will follow.

On September 30, 2026, at 7:50 p.m., police officers from SVR Veles detained J.T. (36) from a village in the Veles area, acting on a prior report that, following a brief argument in the yard of the home, he had attempted to physically assault his 57-year-old mother and subsequently damaged items in the yard. He was held at a police station, and the public prosecutor and the Veles Center for Social Work were notified. After the incident is documented, an appropriate complaint will be filed against him.

On September 30, 2026, at 11:20 a.m., B.R. (52) from the village of Dolno Lisiche, Skopje area, reported to SVR Skopje that T.A. had physically assaulted his minor son in the yard of the family home. Measures are being taken to fully clarify the case.

On September 30, 2026, at 3:40 p.m., in Skopje, police officers from the Violent Crime Unit of SVR Skopje detained B.S. (34) from Skopje, acting on a prior report that on September 29, 2026, he had made threats by telephone against a police officer who had previously issued him a traffic violation ticket. After the case is fully documented, an appropriate submission will follow.

On October 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., A.R. (59) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that on September 30, 2026, at around 10:00 p.m., in the yard of a family house in the Bit Pazar area, following a previous dispute over a parking space, his neighbor N.O. had made threats against him. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On September 30, 2026, at 8:42 a.m., A.S. (41) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that at around 8:00 a.m., while performing her work duties at a kindergarten in the Municipality of Aerodrom area of Skopje, she sustained an injury to her arm. An inspection was carried out by an SVR Skopje inspection team, and a labor inspector was notified of the incident.

On September 30, 2026, at 7:40 p.m., A.A. (25) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that at around 5:00 p.m. in the village of Jurumleri, Skopje area, he had been physically assaulted by a male individual, who also damaged his vehicle. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On September 30, 2026, at 12:05 p.m., V.I. (43) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that at around 9:00 a.m., while performing her work duties at a private company in the Municipality of Aerodrom area of Skopje, she sustained injuries. An inspection was carried out by an SVR Skopje inspection team, and a labor inspector was notified of the incident.

On September 30, 2026, at 10:00 p.m., D.R. (76) from Skopje reported to SVR Skopje that his aunt, M.V. (86) from Skopje, had left the family home in the Municipality of Aerodrom area of Skopje. Measures are being taken to locate her.

On September 30, 2026, at 2:20 p.m., B.U. (49) and G.N. (55), both from Skopje, reported that on September 29, 2026, at around 10:00 p.m., their minor children had been physically assaulted by D.M. and D.N. Measures are being taken to clarify and document the case.
