In the period from April 3 to April 6, 2023, organized by the Embassy of the French Republic in Skopje, the Assistant Minister of the Training Center and the Head of the Department for Curriculum Design conducted a study visit to the National Higher Police School in Lyon.
The delegation from the Training Center was received by the school director, and the purpose of the study visit to one of the best educational institutions for senior police officers in the French Republic was to share and exchange experiences and positive examples of police training.
During the three-day visit, the representatives of the Training Center became acquainted with the methods of recruitment of personnel and selection of trainers, types of training, training programs, as well as the ways and methods of their implementation.
The conclusions from the study visit are directed towards continuing and intensifying cooperation between the two institutions, with the aim of exchanging experiences, practices, and sharing training programs necessary for basic and continuous training.
