On July 11, 2026, at 11:20 PM in the village of Jakimovo, Vinička, police officers from the External Office for Criminal Investigations in Vinička, in collaboration with officers from the Vinička Police Station, detained K.S. (28) and M.S. (31), both from Jakimovo. While executing a plan and taking action, the police attempted to stop a passenger vehicle, a Volkswagen with Vinička license plates, driven by K.S. with M.S. as a passenger, during which cocaine was thrown from the vehicle. On July 12, 2026, at 7:10 AM in Jakimovo, Vinička, police officers from the NKCR Vinička, based on an order from the Basic Court in Vinička, conducted a search of the home and premises used by K.S. and M.S., where cocaine, cannabis, a grinder with cannabis residue, a Walter firearm with a caliber of 4.5 mm, cash, and other items related to criminal activity were found and seized.
A criminal charge has been filed against the individuals for the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of "unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors," after which they were brought before a preliminary proceedings judge at the Basic Court in Kočani, who ordered their detention.
